A wide range of vehicles is available to include Mercedes and Volvo executive cars through to people carriers and mini-coaches.

Is there a deadline for booking?

The more notice the better but the majority of bookings are with 24 to 48 hours notice. Some bookings are with shorter notice and our flexibility allows us to accommodate most requests.

Are you able to provide a female driver?

We do have female Associate drivers and can usually accommodate that request but it is dependent on availability.

Is there a delay in being met if my flight arrives in the early hours?

No – we provide a comprehensive service day or night.

How will I find my driver?

We carry a welcome board with your name, Company name or other identification if preferred, and for Heathrow Terminals 1, 3, and 4 you will find us at the Information Desk and for Terminal 5 we wait at Meeting Point North. It is usual to exchange mobile or cell phone numbers for further peace of mind. Other airports have standard meeting points and we always ensure that you are furnished with all necessary information beforehand.

Is there a penalty if I change or cancel a booking?

Our service is suitably adaptable to adjust to alterations but as much notice as possible is appreciated because sometimes alterations may mean a change in type of vehicle. Last minute cancellations may call for some recompense.

How do I pay?

We operate an account system for regular Clients or we are able to accept cash, cheque or payment by most credit/debit cards.

Do you offer a facility to escort a juvenile/minor to or from the official hand over point in the airport?

Yes all our drivers are CRB checked for this purpose and we regularly and cheerfully carry this out in connection with the many Oxford schools. This facility is also used by the famous Oxford Hospital Group.
