What type of transport is available?

A wide range of vehicles is available to include Mercedes and other executive cars through to people carriers and mini-coaches.

Are you able to provide a female driver?

We do have female Associate drivers and can usually accommodate that request but it is dependent on availability.

How will I find my driver?

We carry a welcome board with your name, Company name or other identification if preferred. We will advise the meeting point for each airport terminal and it is usual to exchange mobile or cell phone numbers for further peace of mind, we always ensure that you are furnished with all necessary information beforehand.

How do I pay?

We operate an account system for regular Clients or we are able to accept cash, cheque or payment by most credit/debit cards.

Do you offer a facility to escort a juvenile/minor to or from the official hand over point in the airport?

Yes all our drivers are DBS checked for this purpose and we regularly and cheerfully carry this out in connection with the many Oxford schools. This facility is also used by the famous Oxford Hospital Group.
